The Expedited Eviction of Drug Traffickers Act, as amended by Act 23 of 1995, (“Act”) creates a civil cause of action for “complete eviction” when there has been “drug-related criminal activity.” Standing to commence suit under the Act is granted to a landlord, a tenants’ organization, a district attorney or an attorney general when requested by a district attorney.
