The Supreme Court of the United States has accepted certiorari without comment on an appeal of a decision by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals invalidating a federal statute prohibiting the distribution of videos and other communications depicting animal cruelty on First Amendment grounds. The case originated in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
