Use “Clearboard”, not Plywood to Board Up a Vacant House.

There is a growing trend among mortgage loan servicers who own vacant residential real estate through foreclosure to use a relatively new product called “Clearboard.”  It reduces the appearance of blight and does not advertise the fact that the house is vacant.  Here’s what the trade publication D S News tells the servicing industry.
